The BMB Library was conceived to support the Biodiversity Management Bureau (BMB) in its mandate to safeguard Philippine biodiversity. The library serves as the Bureau’s repository of information surrounding the country’s natural environment.
As we adapt to the current situation and latest trends, the BMB Library took the necessary steps to upgrade the efficiency of information accessibility by migrating its resources to an online platform to better serve as its clients and stakeholders. The eLibrary’s purpose is to be an open platform for mainstreaming biodiversity through knowledge exchange to capture, codify, share, and apply the Bureau’s generated knowledge products and resources.
